Digital Mentor - Auto Damage Estimation

While running the company Loose Cannon Learning, Inc., Greg Willmarth designed this simulation-based learning system to teach estimating skills to insurance adjustors. The courseware includes multimedia lessons, learning games, a robust simulation and pre/post testing. An online demo is available, but requires the Authorware Web Player plug-in and a fast Internet connection.

Baxter – Conducting Performance Discussions

This simulation-based course was created for Baxter Healthcare to teach performance review skills to their managers worldwide. It includes case study simulations where students play the role of a manager reviewing and discussing the performance of three employees. This course won the Silver Medal in the prestigious 2000 Brandon-Hall of Fame Awards.

Ariba Buyer Courseware

Ariba Buyer is a web-based ordering system. We created a courseware component that was used as stand-alone training and as part of a blended classroom / courseware learning solution. The courseware is focused on walking learners through the common tasks for which they will use the software on the job. Learners accomplish the task in a simulation window, where they can receive feedback and guidance. Clients who have successfully used this courseware include Baxter Healthcare and American Airlines.
