The course is broken down into 4 sections:
Learn Lessons

The Learn lessons include narrated explanations of the lesson concepts and a story that shows the concepts in practice.

Each lesson also includes a fun interactive game focused on the key concepts of the lesson. In this game, learners try out good and bad responses using active listening skills.
Do Simulations

Learners go through 3 case study simulations where they apply the skills they have learned. In each case, the learner plays the part of a manager reviewing an employee.
They research the employee’s performance using the same tools they would on the job. Then, they write an abbreviated review.

Finally, in a video discussion simulation, they discuss the review with the employee and overcome the employee’s negative reactions.

Feedback is
given at several points during the simulation.
